Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans (SUMP)

We provide integrated services for the development, updating and monitoring of Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans (SUMP) in GIS format, together with the preparation, collection, validation and reporting of Urban Mobility Indicators (UMIs), in accordance with the requirements of:

  • Law no. 155/2023 on sustainable urban mobility
  • the applicable national methodological framework for SUMPs
  • the SUMP Development Guide approved by Order of the MDLPA no. 1.779/2025
  • Regulation (EU) 2024/1679 on the development of the trans-European transport network (TEN-T)

Our services are addressed to local public authorities, functional urban areas, as well as urban poles and urban nodes of the TEN-T network that need to base their mobility policies on up-to-date, verifiable data compatible with European reporting requirements.
